My wife and I recently traveled to Alaska on a cruise through Seattle. We vaped on the plane from Cincinnati to Minneapolis. We vaped in both of the airports. We vaped in public and in a museum in Seattle. We vaped on the cruise ship (Royal Caribbean) and we vaped in stores in Alaska.
To be fair, we did hide the vape while in the airports and on the planes. We either took smaller hits or blew the vapor to the floor. And on the plane, I did vape in the head - blew toward the floor with no problems at all.
A couple of the crew on the ship told us not to smoke but let us continue once we explained what we were doing. One of the crew wanted purchasing info. We didn't have to hide vaping on the ship at all. No questions in the air, in airports, stores, or in public. The only exception was from a couple of smokers that wanted info on what it was, cost, and vendors.
