Well I just got back from Longs and couldn't find it, even asked the lady behind the counter at the pharmacy and she never heard of it but took me to the skin care isle where she thought it might be but NO LUCK! 
Yeah, it seems to be partly a temperature thing. I notice that on hot days, outside vaping seems to produce less vapor. Cold days produce more.
But I think it's also about visual contrast. Outside, in bright light, the thinner vapor blends in with the background more. But on a hot night, the vapor contrasts with the dark background and looks thicker.
Either way, you're getting the same amount of vapor. The rest is just perception.

Another question....
Say you buy a juice that is already VG based and cut it 50/50 with pure VG would you get even MORE vapor or would it just lower the nicotine content? And what about flavor, when you cut it does it reduce the flavor too?

So I got some VG and I dont notice much if any difference Did I do something wrong?
I rinsed out an empty 10ml vial put 15 drops of VG in with a glass dropper rinsed and put 15 drops of PG Bannana flavor.
The VG is alot thicker then the PG juice should the 50/50 be different since 1 is thicker than the other?

The difference between in and out doors pertaining to vapor production.
But after building my battery box mod with the manual switch (with which I can inhale a full lungfull of vapor),
I rarely even notice the vapor at all and am so satisfied with the "feel" of "real smoke" filling my lungs I really couldn't care less if anything came out or not.

I've thrown 30% vg in my e-liquid and got a lot of smoke...........did u give it time

My e-cig is a Joye 510 and I'm using standard PG juice from eastmall. I discovered that I can get a really good cloud of vapor outdoors if I take a drag but don't inhale it into my lungs(kind of like when you take a sip from a straw) and then blow the vapor out.
When I'm outside, I'll take a few normal drags for the nicotine and then do a drag like above for the satisfaction of seeing a nice cloud of "smoke."

The 510 is kinda weak quantity is fine but its still thin.
The 402 is much better then it was.
The VX2 is off the hook! lots of thick lingering vapor!! (way more than an analog)
Now I just need to get some higher content of nic juice.
