I've been rotating between different e- cigs and I seem to be getting sick. The first is a nimbus clone with dual coil (.35 ohm) set up with a private v2 clone mech mod and the liquid i'm vaping outta that one is hawk sauce 0 mg nic/ 20/80 % pg/vg, (beast vaping that one steadily). The second is a standard battery with a ucdt carto/tank and in this one vaping Uncle Junks "bettie white" 12 mg nic/ 80/20 vg/pg. The third is a innokin cool fire II, (the grenade) with the same kind of UCDT set up, carto and tank. In that I've gotten virgin vapor's Georgia Gold @ 100% vg and 12 mg nic. I may be over doing it. Have been sitting around alot and may just need to get out of the house a bit to excersize or do some physical activity. I don't think it's the vg and my nic levels do not exceed 12 on anything. Had to switch to 0 nic on the RDA because it was way to strong with any nicotine in it. Anyone got any suggestions as to why my throat is swollen and itchy?

Hydrating is key!

You aren't using that much pg so it probably isn't a sensitivity but not drinking enough water is still an issue if you aren't. There are symptoms that you will get when quitting smoking as well.....your body is coughing up the crap in your lungs.

If you want to be extra safe, I would suggest soaking all of your stuff in vodka or rubbing alcohol (not the coil - coil in vodka only) and then rinsing it with really hot water before using it the first time..............not that I am saying it is a factor but at least you know your gear is clean.

Thanks....... I will hydrate more too... but I think its just little "icky's" that I get every now and then. It's starting to dissipate now.
