Nope, I looked again in 1440 and it's a phone.
It's a Wanderlust Travel Video so technically it's a movie

What was that movie called about the American girl who's dad was an British journalist that was investigating an old story about a village witch they set on fire and tried to cover up. The dad died and the girl went to England. The dads former boss was vaping in vaping in this movie. It's the only movie i've seen where someone was vaping but I cant remember the name of it.
I dont remember, all I know is the girl cut out her own eyes at the end of the movie. That and the dude vaping is about all I took away from the movie.
