I am a three month convert, but I love to tinker and experiment. When I first heard of replacing the coil wicks (Kanger coils) I had to give it a shot. After becoming a Wick-Freak and buying and trying all of the standard stuff and up to and including Hemp wicks, I have settled on Good old Cotton. For about a dollar, you can get a bag of Medical grade sterile cotton balls. They are spun lightly and easily roll into the wick one might desire. When replacing the standard wick with cotton, be patient. It takes a couple of minutes for the juice to saturate the wick. Start off with your lowest voltage setting for the first maybey ten hits and don't expect a perfect taste. Then, the magic begins. The draw is free and the flavor and vape is outrageous. The Cotton will not last as long as the Silica wicks. I can now re-wick easily in the field so to speak. After what seems to average a day or two, the cotton will expand (The draw will tighten up) and or start to burn and then you need to dry burn and start over. I know I have assumed a certain level of working with the coils here so if you are Brand new to this, I can send more detail or a video. Try the cotton,,,,Amazing. P.S , use less and smaller than you think,,,,it expands when wet.

Yehp, I haven't rewicked my Aerotank cotton coil in like a week Lol, Firing at 8 watts bugga still go!

I have been vaping for almost 2 years and I am just now trying to learn how to do this. From what many say here you get the best flavor and great vapor when you start recoiling and it sounds like you are happy with your set-up. Many people struggle to find the right hardware and juices so you got off to a good start. Congrats.

I can't wait to try some cotton! I have just started dripping this week, the flavor is amazing! I was really missing out using just a tank. Now I wanna try some cotton! Happy vaping everyone!
Took me a few builds on the Kafun to get the ohms right, now messing with the cotton for wick. First was perfect, second was very inconsistant, current works fine but not getting the flavor I was from the first two but I think it was because I keep reducing the amount of cotton I'm using and now I may be too low.
