hi everyone, hope you are all have a good day :). Im hoping to get some advice from you guys on my vaping experience and how i can fix it. So iv got an illness where nicotine is kinda krptonite but i did smoke before i got sick and im still hooked, but i notice the more i smoke the worse my symptoms are so im trying to quit using a vape machine etc. As i smoke roll ups i started with a KIK vape pen thats 900 mah, with 6 mg of nicotine marked as v low. This seems ok but the battery sucks so i got a innokin cool fire 4 plus, first i tried this with the 0.5 ohm coil and 6 mg liquid but it made me super ill, iv now changed to a 2.0 ohm with a 3 mg e liquid and thats still making me sick, i felt like i had drunk a few red bulls after having a cigs worth of vaper off it before bed. Has anyone else experienced this and if so whats the best plan of action? is it because the vape mods just make so much more vapour that im kinda overdosing or something? i woke up after an hour and couldnt get back to sleep, all dizzy etc, and then i woke up this morning drenched lol! think i overdosed or something? but how can someone OD on 3 mg e liquid :S

I'm sorry, but I don't understand.

If you're getting this buzzed off of 3mg liquids then how can you possibly smoke tobacco if it's the nicotine causing you the problems? The tobacco would be delivering a much more concentrated dose of nicotine than the ecig.

And how exactly do you know it's the nicotine specifically that's causing you problems? Is this based on a doctor's diagnosis, or are you just assuming?

A 3mg liquids with a 2ohm coil would normally be like smoking an Ultra Light cigarette with holes poked in the filter. With a 2ohm coil usually a 12-18mg liquid is equivalent to a Light cigarette, so I'm struggling to understand how you can smoke tobacco at all if you're this sensitive to nicotine.

When you vaped tge resustance was probably 1.8 ohms. Now that you are sub ohming yoy are using much more juice which means you are gettung much more than 6 mg nic bbecause the coil is hotter.

I would get some 0nic of the same flavor and cut the nic lEvel.

If it was the nicotine causing the issue at 3mg a cig would have been much much worse.

Go see a doctor.

Don't self diagnose or use a message board on the internet to solve medical problems.

It's obviously not working.
i already have a diagnosis, but iv noticed that nicotine is a trigger that makes symptoms worse, also i smoke golden virgina tobacco with filters. Also i doubt i can go to the doctors and ask them why my vape machine makes me sick lol.

It's not your "vape machine".

Yes, you can absolutely ask your doctor.
That's what you pay them for.

Vaping isn't illegal, and many doctors recommend vaping to help patients stop smoking.

Seems fairly simple to me.
Since nicotine whether smoked or vaped is like kryptonite to you and the more you smoke or vape the worse your symptoms get.
Stop using nicotine,,, if you must inhale something use 0 mg/ml nic liquids.

If anything is making your symptoms worse, talking to your doctor about it is the rational thing to do.

I don't understand that line of reasoning.

Your health is the only reason you see a doctor.
It's their job.
They are experts on this very issue.
That's what they are there for.

If your cigs didn't make you sick, and you vape 3mg nic, which is far lower than a cig, logic states nic isn't the issue.
It is most likely something else, which would suggest the best choice would be to consult a doctor.

You will never get an accurate medical diagnosis on a vaping message board.

My advice, again, is to ask your doctor.

Concerns:
1)Over Vaping - Chain Vaping, not pacing/using as you smoked. Sapced and minimal puffs.
2)Change in equipment not detailed - Tank, power setting, Habit)
3)**** Miss-Labeled Product. Nic level at much higher than listed level.

Perhaps your 3mg is 3%..........that would be 30mg

I spoke with my doctor extensively about vaping at my last check up. Now, admittedly, my check up was fabulous, all of my tests came back normal, my blood pressure was normal, and I lost some weight. My doctor was estatic, and completely supported my vaping. It was neat to discuss vaping with a medical professional who recognized the benefits.

Go see your GP and discuss it I get the feeling your a fellow Brit so your GP should be happy to have this discussion with you. Also you were ingesting far more nicotine with golden Virginia rolling baccy then that 3mg nic liquid so I don't think nicotine is the villain here but an intolerance to either propylene glycol or vegetable glycerine your flavouring may be another cause. Where did you buy your eliquid from and what ratio pg \vg is this liquid I'm hoping you haven't bought from a local market as I'm aware of issue's with eliquid being sold in markets across the UK.
