Picture this: I had been thinking/reading about switching from analogs to a PV. I spent a while here (best resource by far) and everywhere else on the web that I could find, trying to figure this all out and finally came to the decision to get either an Ego T or a standard 501 and to give Cignot a shot for my first order (they seem to have a great reputation around here).
After talking it over with my wife and her deciding that it would be a good thing for both of us, we made the final decision for an Ego T kit (2 complete PVs - 1 for each of us) and we'd see how it went... to make a long story a tiny bit shorter: the order comes in and we're both hooked immediately.
The next day while I'm trying to tinker with my wick and coil (getting some leaking/flooding) to get mine working as well as the wife's, I manage to pop the coil!
I'm one full day into quitting analogs and now I don't have a working PV!
Well, thankfully I had been trying to find out if there were any shops a bit more local (nothing against Cignot as they're great from my experience) and discovered that one was just 50 miles away (for those that don't live out here in the wide-open west, 50 miles is not far at all). I jump on Vapoligy- e-Cigarette and using the "contact us" shoot off a quick explanation of my situation and a request for 'How fast can I get a 501 kit?' and include that I'm just down the road. Less than an hour later I get a phone call from Jim (the owner of Vapoligy) and after we chat a joke a bit, he explains that he thoroughly understands my situation and even though his storefront isn't open yet, he'd be happy to meet me there and sell me whatever I need/want that very same night!
I'll skip a lot more details here, but suffice it to say that I now have a great 510 kit of my own (no more sharing), some incredible e-juice (holy crap that French Vanilla is GREAT!), and Jim has a new fan and customer!

OK, maybe you won't have an 'emergency' and he drops everything he's doing to hook you up at night even though the store isn't open yet... but if you ever find yourself in that situation, I'm sure he'd do the same for you!
