ok so the last 3 batteries i've gotten have been broken!!!! one just wouldn't work and the other 2 the part that "sticks up in the middle" where the cartomizer screws on is MISSING!!! wth??? any1 else having problems?? i can't stay with this company if this is going to continue!!!

I've gotten four batteries from them and all are going strong. Their customer service is really good....you should either call them or email customer service and they will take care of your problems without a hassle. Give them an opportunity to resolve the problem.....they have a fantastic reputation.
well this is the 3rd replacement. and still bad. if u look at the difference in the regular battery and the usb passthru the regular battery on the bad looks like the the end on the paththru(doesn't have the piece that allows it to charge) and i have to pay shipping every time i have to send 1 back its getting rediculious!!!!

yes! and was doing great with them until the last 2 weeks, when my original batteries started going down hill i ordered more some were ok and some were not and now my husband is down to 1 working battery out of 3 and tomorrow when i call them this will be replacement # 4

The same end that you screw the cartomizer on to, is the same end you screw on to the charger.....your last post in kind of confusing.....
There is a sub forum on here for suppliers and one of them is V4L...you might want to post on that one and see if anyone has some input for you.....I'd like to see the pic though...not sure what you've got going on there and why they are charging you shipping to replace something that seems obviously screwed up.

it says it right on their web page that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges
Again, not that it helps you any, but I'm really surprised they are charging you a shipping charge to replace something that is obviously screwed up. Not at all the experience I've had with them. They have always stepped up to the plate any issues I've had. Hope they resolve things to your satisfaction........
yeh i don't get it and i hope they get this straightened out!! i'm getting so mad bc its takng my husband back to analogs and with them around makes me want them!!

And being irritated just makes you want to smoke even more.......grrrrr! Hope they take proper care of you post haste! Post on the V4L sub forum.......just to see if others are having the same battery problems. They really have been a great business to deal with...hope they get it straightened out for you. I'm pretty loyal to them, because they have been one of the better companies I have ever dealt with.
your not alone,I'm have the same problems, the last 2 I bought were bad, they do Have a great customer service, they are always johnny on the spot. I really hope that this issue is fixed fast, because its not only costing us shipping charges its also costing V4L shipping charges. it will cost all of us after awhile, I really love doing business with them, they are a class act, But I need dependable batteries.I'm sure that Every company that sell these have the same problem, so hang in there I'm sure their working on it.
