vapor beast's customer service is the best. It was my first order with them and I had ordered a carto tank. My order went out immediately and I even received a personalized email thanking me for my order from Tim, the Top Beast. When the order arrived the tank and package was crushed. I emailed Vapor Beast and I immediately received an email and even a voicemail from Tim apologizing for the issue and that they were sending me a new one the next day. You cannot ask for better customer service than that. Vapor Beast rocks.
