I all really expect from a supplier is good prices and service, every once and awhile you will find one that goes a step above or in this case two steps.
I have ordered from Tim three times and all three times the orders have shipped out that day. Today was an exception to that service I already expected when I got a call from Tim within hours of placing my order. Instead of him sending me something i might not be expecting Tim called to verify I knew what I would be getting. I missed a selection choice on the site and ordered some Thunder Heads in stainless steel because I didn't choose the correct color choice. I already knew that the TH's only came in black, but Tim called to verify that black was ok with me since that was the only way they came. It was my mistake, but he didn't want to ship out the black in case I was actually thinking I was going to get SS. He was solving a problem before it had a chance to arise. (even though it wouldn't have been an issue with me) He was thinking ahead.
I know most suppliers are busy, sometimes so busy they would have just sent what they had and hoped for the best, facing possible ridicule when the package arrived. Tim on the other hand took the time to call and let me know what I did and make certain i was ok with it, and if not offer a prompt refund. This means a lot to me.
If you like the Ressurectors you will love the Thunder Heads, now both in standard and XL sizes!
TLDR: Great customer service, best carto prices around, new items on almost a daily basis also at killer prices, on top of that free shipping and vapor beast doesn't use 3Dcart (I refuse to use anyone using 3Dcart)
