Vapor Flask battery issue

Hey folks, I just received my new flask a few days ago and I just cant seem to get it to work properly, I keep getting a low battery display after a few puffs. I purchased three new matching Panasonic sets and I still have the same results if not worse. I also noticed after putting in a new set that the wattage would jump up to the mid 20's before dropping back down to the preset wattage of 7. I have read other post about battery problems, but I have not read anywhere on how they actually fixed their battery problem via a phone call. Can any Flask owners who have had this problem chime in here and help.

The only battery issues I've had with my Flask are that the battery level is always full. It never seems to go down until it says "weak battery". I'm thinking dual batteries mess with the dna 40 board.
As far as the battery showing too low on a fresh charge, that has only happened as a result of my build either being shorted or too low. It's happened on both my VaporShark and Vapor Flask dna40's.
I've had no experience with Panasonic batteries but I've never seen them recommended for anything.
