Vapor Flask: Question for the pros

Hey guys,

I've been vaping for about a month now after quitting smoking. My current equipment is a Provari with an Aspire tank.

I won a Vapor Flask (v2) in a poker game on the weekend. From a design end of things its pretty cool and unique but I was looking for your input on how to actually use the device. Do I grab an Atlantis and a .5 ohm coil and throw it on top (though I've tried subbing before and it didn't stick) or do I just keep it and use it with an Nautilus tank? Aside from the greater wattage available is there any significant advantages to the Flask over the Provari?

Is it an authentic VF? You should be able run a subohm coil or the Nauti. Just remember it only goes up to 40 watts (if it's the authentic) and some of these newer subohm tanks supposedly need 40+ watts. I'd recommend a Kanger Subtank Mini.

The VF is an all round winner of a mod. Put either of those tanks, or any other attys on it and enjoy them all. Then when the novelty wears off you can get into temperature control. A lot of people myself included like the nickel OCC heads for the Sub Tank Mini which provides an easy way into temperature control.

the V2 is actually a 30 watt mod. The V2.1 is the 40 watt model and it has Temp Protection. Yours will run down to a .5 ohm coil where the ProVari is rated for a 1 ohm coil....although, I've gotten mine to fire .8 at a very low voltage. The Flask will go up to 30 watts where the ProVari will max out at about 15 watts. Both are excellent devices but the DNA 30 board is a bit more versatile for the attys available today. One's not better than the other. Both are very high quality mods with excellent customer service. Congrats on your win!

Yep, its authenticate. He's a good friend (well maybe not anymore as he's still sour about my 4 of a kind beating his full house....) and only likes authentics.

The new update for P3's drops them to .5 ohms.
