i really hate to be negative about a company ive read so many good reviews on
but...
I ordered 2 custom juices and 1 of their regular flavors.
it came in a plain brown padded envelope, no baggies on the bottles, no invoice in the envelope.
The regular flavor, cream soda had a lot of great reviews
when it came in i loaded up a carto and gave it a shot. BLEECH it tasted like moonshine. so i washed out the carto and sent him a message asking what may have gone wrong. I also posted on here and learned a bit about steeping. I did NOT ask for a refund, replacement or anything. I only made mention of the cream soda flavor and not the custom flavors. Obviously if i ask for something custom and don't like it that my fault.
this is what i got back from vapor god
"We mixed the flavors as you directed. It's possible you just don't like the flavors. Taste is subjective."
they made no mention of the cream soda issue which is what i asked about. I got no "hey sorry it did not work out for ya , try this..."
i sent a reply stating i was aware of the custom mixes and that being my fault, but what was with the cream soda? I also made mention that replying with a one line canned answer was poor customer service. (seriously when cream soda, a supposedly vanilla flavor tastes like moonshine something is wrong) so i said thanks for nothing but i would not be a returning customer and got this...
If stating that taste is subjective implies " I don't really care" then I would suggest that you are a bit over sensitive. It's a proven fact. Over the course of selling 140 plus flavors over 2 years our experience tells us that what one person finds to be completely revolting another person will absolutely lose their mind over if we remove it from our selection.Case in point would be the reviews on the very flavor you have an issue with - Cream Soda flavor eliquid for your electonic cigarettes. VaporGod.com
so anyways...maybe i am over sensitive who knows. but i asked about what was wrong with cream soda flavor. He made no suggestions and gave no possible explanation of what may have been wrong etc. But after almost 15 years in retail management you just don't blow off a customer with one line canned answers and then insult them by calling them over sensitive. if you choose vapor god, i do hope you have better luck than i did.
