I ordered 10 samples during a sale@gv. The juices were delivered fine, but all 10 were gross, and these were just standard flavors. I contacted them and they replaced the order and even allowed me to try different flavors and get them double strength at no extra charge. I picked 10 more basic flavors, got them shipped, no problem. But, you know what? They were all disgusting. Maybe it was the flavors, maybe it was the pg/vg ratio, or who knows. About the same time, I ordered some juice from BWB. It was fantastic. I ordered more, and it was even better! I see no reason to try GV again. There are plenty of vendors out there. I'd suggest trying different ones. They might not offer the flexibility or incredible sale prices of a GV, but i'd rather send my money to a vendor that only produces quality juice that I can count on.

Citizen: Call the Police...really? Damn, I'm thinking a lower nic level may be in order...

I have ordered from GV multiple times, they have totally accommodated my being a PITA (pain in the ...) and yes, I even had an issue with one order...BUT, they bent over backwards to make it right and the bottom line for me is their liquids are always great. I have never had a non-vapable juice from GV (and only one that just wasnt to my taste) and there is only one other vendor I can say that about so far. Their stuff is made to order, takes time, and usually needs to steep, but it's always good. I dont want to know how much time and money I've wasted on other companies juices that were just plain not good.

And as to CS... their site says it can take 10-14 days, even with issues my experience w/ GV is if you are polite and reasonable they will not only do right by you, but go above and beyond in apology...which it sounds like they tried to do for you. I also doubt they sent an empty package and I can tell you first hand from trying to open their boxes in the Post Ofc parking lot! that it didnt just open up and oops, the bubble wrapped goods fell out.

I would encourage you to call them and talk about your concerns if you are still so put off instead of venting here, which gets you nowhere. And think about that lower nic level thing dude...

Yes, police do settle disputes even from online interactions you know.. Also, the package that fell open wasn't glued or taped. They merely slid the ends together, but I do believe they changed boxes because they tape them now. However, I'm just bringing my experiences to the table and letting others take from it what they want and after all that's what the forums are about. Sharing information and experience.

What did you try? If you made your own I feel you...I made simple flavors like combining two similar things 50 50 nothing fancy and they just weren't right. The only good flavor I've had was one that was half cotton candy and half blueberry.

I wouldn't give up on RY4 just yet. It shouldn't be "spicey" or hot either. It was one of my 1st vapes and pretty good. If you want to try again with another supplier, see if they can send you a sample size first.

So I've heard...I could taste something there that sparked my interest upon inhaling, but afterwards I felt like :evil::evil::evil::evil::evil:

I ordered from GV once, that was enough.

I didn't get a tracking number from them. I emailed them, three times. No response.

They said it was supposed to be signature required on my receipt, I stayed home to sign for it whenever possible. I wasn't home when it was delivered, no signature required.

My order took 2 1/2 weeks to arrive.

I got an email after it arrived with a tracking number, like that'll do any good at this point.

I got an email about a week later asking for feedback on the transaction. Can you guess how that went?

The product I ordered (nic juice) was good, and the price was also pretty good. But, their customer service was the worst I've run across when ordering vaping supplies. Never again will I order from them.

Sure they do...when there is a fraudulent crime committed...but certainly not over "a single bottle of Marlboro".

I was speaking more to the your "threatening" GV and your apparent tone in general in your dealings with them. Sh!+ happens, mistakes happen... everyone's human...where it goes from there is usually dictated by how both sides conduct themselves. Although if you were so unhappy with the product and CS, I cant for the life of me understand why you ordered AGAIN?! Bottom line is that we aren't talking about a life altering issue...try to keep a little perspective.

And I agree, forums are for sharing...and I guess "ranting" if it makes you feel better...but unfortunately most of the time such posts are one sided, riddled with opinions and assumptions stated as fact, and rarely full disclosure. I have yet to see quotes like "I was really a jerk to CS when I called" or "I was looking to get something for free" and we've all read ones where you know damn well they would certainly fit.
