Vapor Hookah?

Did some hookah last night at a place that didn't serve alcohol.
Apparently the law here is if you smoke inside, you can't serve alcohol.
Bummer
So why not open up a Vapor Hookah Lounge and bypass the law, serve alcohol??

I'm searching online for Vapor Hookahs and not finding much of anything.
Is this untapped????

Because DAMN this would be awesome.
I think I've heard of Vapor "Bars" around the US, but I doubt Kansas City has any.

Search for hookah vapor stones. Hydro Vapor Stones - Tobacco Free Shisha - Texas Hookah no nic in them though maybe something you could add to them.

wow strange law. In florida due to the clean air act you can only smoke in bars, meaning wear alcohol is the primary source of revenue. Granted now that I am vaping again, have maybe two analogs a day, I would rather be in a non-smoking environment personally.

I suppose the same reason people enjoy going to hookah lounges.
Sitting around a table, socializing, passing around a smoking/vaping utility, etc.
And it looks like these guys made theirs to be able to switch flavors easily.
