I would just like to get the word out of great customer service from Vapor Intelligent. I purchased the Kanger Evod starter kit from them and when it arrived, one of the batteries would not charge. I sent an email and they returned a message promptly to just return the battery, not the whole kit, and they would replace it. Today I got home and in the mail was a replacement battery. Not the standard 650 mah battery that was defective, but a vv battery. Nice upgrade and excellent customer service, I will definitely buy with confidence from them again.

That's good to hear! Any and every vendor can send out a bad item, etc, from time to time, but it's how they make it right that keeps people coming back.
