Yes,I had a problem with an atty,and called travis to find out what was up and he said he would send me a replacement,said sometimes they are hit and miss on quality..Fast shipping on my riva kit,and excellent customer service..Travis takes time if you call him and answered all my questions without hesitation even though I am new to vaping..

I have to add to the comments that Vaporjunction Kevin(Dexter)? has mad skills in shipping his product. I ordered last Tuesday afternoon and had my new Riva on Friday when I got home. This made my Labor day weekend with my new PC. I have already odered another unit and supplies for my wife.

I think he's got one of those beam me up Scotty Star Trek modules to get to the post office. I've ordered from them 3 times and each arrived next day. I'm close but still, that's amazing.
