I got a Vapor King in the mail today. I'm wondering what's wrong. I'm told that it's supposed to give good vapor but I'm not getting any. I took the plug out of the bottom before screwing on the cart. Battery is charged. I've tried several carts. What could be wrong?

Where is the VK "fan club" now? Ask what e-cig should you should buy and there would've been 20 here by now.

Just like the rest of the questionable re-sellers. Will promise you the world on a marked up product, then when it fails to meet the claims, they disappear..

In all fairness to them, I tried to call but it's late and they must be closed. I will try to call them tomorrow or on Monday. I'm not sure what their hours are. I'm just trying to figure out if something is defective or if I'm doing something wrong.

Ok lets trouble shoot...

1) How many batts do you have? Switch your batt if you have more than one..

2) When you draw on it, does it light up at the tip?

3) After taking multiple puffs on a cart, does it get warm? Is the air any warmer? Is there a burnt taste?

4) The metal on the end of the battery, is it clean and bare? No tape or crap on it? Same for the surface of the cart-o-mixer?

5) Do you have a mulitmeter?

He said its making him cough so he is getting something. Sounds to me like weak batteries. The KR808d-1 batteries are pretty strong in general and can usually produce a cloud of fog, so there is something wrong with the cart or bat.

If the draw is easy then he does not have a clogged cart or un machined air vent on the battery. If the battery is producing power and the cart is getting hot and he is using juice to verify the cart is wet then it is probably the battery.

The charge on the battery is the question then. Could be a bad charger if all batteries are the same. The odds of 2 batteries and a whole pack of cartomizers being bad is zero.

Yeah but they are protected so they are going to flash before they stop vaping.. Then they are going to completely shut down, and like you said the OP was coughing.. Has to be some power, and some power should equal some vape.

So is your light on the batt flashing, and not staying on?

If you can post about this in the Vapor4Life forum, there are many users that will be able to help. :)

I'd try to help, but I'm new at using the VK, too.

Sure, feel free to post in the V4L forum, and we'd be glad to see if we can help.

My advice is when screwing the cart on, you will notice holes in the battery, and grooves on the cart. When you tighten the cartomizer on the battery, line up the holes to the grooves.

Then, slow, long drags. If you are using a manual battery, ya gotta hit the button first. If the battery lights do not come on, that could be the issue.

Lastly, ignore trolls like ol' Props here. He's the only thing in this forum that's bad for your health. He likes to think he's helpful, but he's really just a douche.

How come you never come to the V4L forums and post this? Youd know that if this was posted in the V4L forum, there would be more than one offer to have new batteries or carts sent for free, whatever to make the product work.

You are just a sad troll who needs a life, and it seems you like to post nonsense to up your post count.

Obviously, ignore the troll. Since you are getting a harsh hit it sounds like the battery is working, maybe bad carts? I've noticed that the higher nic carts tend to produce less vapor, while a 0mg cart from V4L could be used for a fog machine.

Long slow draw seems to be the key for the Vapor Kings. V4L has the best service I've seen in this industry, which is nice after getting crappy service a few times, so you'll be able to get a new battery and carts to try against your problem easily enough...sucks to have to wait though if this is your first outing.
