Last night was my birthday... and lets just say there weren't many sober people running around when we came back from the bars. My girlfriend somehow managed to drop my vapor master into the water bottle she was holding, it was full the vapor master was completely submerged. We pulled it out took it apart and set it in a bag full of rice over night, popped in a new cartridge and it was working again...pretty tough thing.

Happy birthday! That rice trick can be a life saver.

Happy birthday, you may try putting the battery under a desk lamp for a few hours so that it is gently heated to dry it out.
I have been able to save some cell phones and battery's this way that went for a swim(I have young children)
*edit* you updated while i was typing LOL - sorry to hear about the fried circuit
