vapor production issue, multiple models

so i've got two NPro RN4081 batts and a Tasty Vapor branded 510. i've got some tasty vapor cherry cola and rootbeer flavors, 54mg nic juice and some stevia extract...i did a 50/50 mix of flavoring and nic juice (1/2ml each) along with 5 drops of stevia...and there's like NO vapor at all. i've puffed and puffed with no good results. what'd i do wrong?

Have you tried adding some VG to the mix? Depending on what strength you want in the end product will depict how much VG to add.
Just for an example:
for 25/26mg you could mix 50/50 VG and 54mg nic juice, then add the flavour to taste preferences. Depending on the strength of the flavour of course...
I tend to aim for the flavour to take 20% of the total mixed volume.

Yeh....sounds like you need some VG....

Do you have TV flavors or ejuice? If ejuice, do you have a PG, a VG, or a blend? What is the nic juice in- PG, VG, or blend? What is the base solution of the Stevia? It sounds like a lot of Stevia for what was essentially 1.5mL of vaping liquid, and if it was water-based, that could present some problems.

VG can be had at some Walmarts under the brand name Humco, I believe also drug stores.

so walgreens would probably have it? is it labeled VG or is it under some other name? and what aisle would it be in? looking at the stuff i got, it would seem all i have is flavoring without any pg/vg...

You should look for vegetable glycerin. At Walmart it's with the Band-Aids and peroxide I think; not sure where Walgreen's night have it. Also you might want to check to make sure of what you actually have. I don't see where TV sells a cherry cola flavoring, but I could be missing it; you'd know because the bottle of flavoring is little and costs around $2 versus $10 for a bottle of juice. If they are indeed simply flavorings, you're probably using way too much of them.

Because that's a pretty high nic concentration, you might want to experiment with getting the flavor right before you add nicotine, and the dangers in working with it at high levels, into things.

You should look for vegetable glycerin.

VG is also sometimes labelled as Glycerol. As long as it is 100% BP and food grade its good to go i.e. if it gives you consumption instructions then thats a good indicator ;-)

it's all stuff i got in a pif. i'm just going by what's on the labels. but it would make sense that it's just flavoring seeing as i'm not getting any vapor production and the stuff's real thin.

hummm... adding some VG will produce good vapor but it sounds like your carts may be too full... does it girgle when you draw? If so, try blowing air through them into a paper towel,wipe the connector down good and try the vape again.

no, the problem's most certainly in the mix. i've got a little bit of pre-mixed stuff left that vapes perfectly fine.
