I just got a doubler of Vapor Queens Waffle mix, vanilla custard double choc and waffle. It is very good but do I need to let it steep? And if so for how long? I couldn't wait to try it and it is really good the flavors just aren't very strong.

I would say all custard flavors and chocolate flavors need to steep for sure. Specially any liquid you get that has more than one flavoring. Just to be sure.
It was good on day one and the flavors where stronger after a week and more so at 2 weeks.
I haven't tried that combo but Vanilla Custard, on it's own, needed several weeks for me. Until then I thought it tasted like library paste.
Which reminds me, I have Strawberries & Whipped Cream and Boston Cream Pie which I ordered at the end of August. I decided I'm not trying them until 9/20 (if I last that long) but I should go shake the bottles now.

Definitely needs to steep. I hated Boston Cream Pie and 2 weeks later, it became one of my favorites. Plain waffle is good right out of the box.
