Just got my order of more Geoff's Blend (can't get enough of this stuff) and some VQ Waffle yesterday. Figured I'd try something knew. For those of you who don't know, VQ's Waffle mix is waffle with double chocolate, vanilla custard, and sweetener.

Well last night I decided to try it straight out of the box to see how it tastes (because it smelled amazing!) and it was pretty good. It was a little 'dry' though. The flavor wasn't as strong as I expected. I'm pretty sure its just because it needs to age. Should I try letting it sit out for 24 hours without the cap on? I hear this helps juices age quickly. I tried it once with kretek though and.. let's just say that didn't go too well.

Geoff Said in another post (cannot remember where at the moment) do NOT leave the cap off your juice. All this will do is allow bacteria to enter the bottle more freely. It does not speed up the aging process.

Oh yes indeed. Just let it sit, with everything intact for a few days. Those needle tips are not only good for filling carts and cartos, but also good for keeping airborne bacteria OUT!

Keep it capped, let it age/blend naturally.
