Thoughtthis deserved mention in here. Yesterday I sent Vapor Renu an email because I was extremely upset. I had just received my order earlier that day that I had been waiting for over a week to get. I had been looking forward all week to sampling my new flavors I ordered. I was so excited about them that I brought them with me to work to sample at some point. I pulled the caps and tops off each bottle to let them vent for a few hours to speed up the steeping process. I had them neatly lined up out of the way on my work station. Well at one point in the day a stupid coworker of mine felt that my table looked like a good seat to him and decided to sit down on it. You can imagine what happened next, the dumba## knocked over 4 of my new flavors spilling them all over!! Two of them were a total loss, and the other two had maybe 5ml left. I was sooooo upset, I hadn't even tried them yet! Needless to say I made him cough over the money that he lost me, since it was totally his fault since he wasn't supposed to be in my work area.
I sent Jason an email describing that incident to him. All I was asking was for him to try to prepare and send out my new order as quickly as possible. Usually they take 2-3 days to prepare and ship my order, so I was hoping they could get it out a little quicker. Well, I got an email back with tracking information already. He had mixed my juice and got it ready to ship on a Sunday! To top all of that off, he sent me a paypal invoice for $15.91, saying he'd meet me halfway on the cost! That just made my day! So I just wanted to let everyone in this forum know that Jason at Vapor Renu is a great person. I'm more than satisfied how this has all worked out, and he now has a customer for life. If anyone has any doubts about them rest assured, they are good people over there
