Hi everyone I thought I would share my experience with vapor zone pulse.

I recently purchased a pulse starter kit. Coming from someone using a blu every once in awhile. I smoked American spirits maybe 10-15 a day. The pulse worked great for a week. It produced nice amounts of vapor. I got a nice throat hit from it and decent lung hit. This was important to me.

Then it started not working so well. It would work fine for a few minutes then all of a sudden stop producing vapor. I tried one other battery and cartomizer for some reason both set ups stopped working I cleaned things up a bit, still no luck. At this point I contacted customer service and they sent me a new pack of atomizers. This took a few days to arrive no big deal if I wasn't trying to stop smoking traditional cigarettes.

When my atomizers showed up I attached one of the atomizers and filled the tank half way with one of their liquids. I let the wicks absorb the liquid and the pulse was working again.

I called customer back to see if they could help me with the leaking cartomizer tank that I had. The rep told me that they would email me a shipping label and I could send it back to the company. Ok no big deal I thought I still have a second cartomizer. A few minutes after we hung up the pulse once again stop working. I tried using my spare tank and still no vapor. At this point I called customer service back and another rep told me to use the shipping label I would receive and send everything but the charger back.

A few day later I went to my local post office and shipped the package. The rep that I talked to last never changed my shipping label weight from a 1oz package. So I ended up paying money out of pocket to have these parts shipped to you. I also had to pay for the bubble envelope to send the box in. This wouldn't be a huge deal if I didn't pay $100 for a vaporizer that I thought was suppose to perform. Not to mention the half bottle of liquid that was wasted when I had to empty the cartomizers and clean them.

I also ordered a 3 pack sampler of liquids that I received a week or so ago. One of the bottled leaked during shipping. They where just placed in a bubble envelope. Not a very good way to ship plastic bottles. Coming from someone who ships things all over the works from time to time.

On top of these issues I had to wait another 3-5 days without the vaporizer I was using to quit smoking.

The women from customer service convinced me to try pro-L clearomizer this time around with much short wicks. So when I received the new Batteries and tanks a few days ago they have been perfect so far. I am currently using a red hot cinnamon with 1.8% nicotine. And filled the spare tank with 0% vanilla. Both flavors taste great and this set up is now producing a ton of vapor. I feel like the throat and lung hit is all I was really looking for when smoking traditional cigs.

I am been back to using it for 3 days now so only time will tell.

Hope this helps someone sorry if I don't have all the lingo and terms down. Or if I misspelled or left out some words. And I apologize if this turned into more of a vendor rant.

Welcome SupraDude just like you 2 months ago I started vaping and found vaporzone from Google ordered a rebel one and some juices while the rebel one is decent it's way overpriced just like all of their devices they are copys of the same product much cheaper on other sites ..... some of their juices are actually pretty decent but I soon found out that vaporzone is a pretty big ripoff everything is nearly double what you should pay except for their ejuice. I recommend checking out some sites like fluidvapes.com fasttech.com 101vape.com and if you are new I recommend going with a aspire nautilus tank until you are ready for a Rebuildables such as a Kayfun.

EDIT: I forgot to mention I highly highly recommend a provari mod from provape.com if you are serious about vaping this is the Holy grail of reliability.

Thanks for the Advice. I have quickly learned that there are better quality vaporizers out there for the money I have spent with vaporzone. I plan to keep vaping for awhile and reliability is a must with me.
