    It seems like there's no way to apply gift certificates to a purchase. I tried it from the checkout page and on the gift certificate page. I hate to pass up such a great sale but it kills me to not be able to use my certificates. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

    I believe that in an earlier email re: the new site, Mark mentioned that if you have credits or gift certificates to use, you should contact customer support when you place your order and they will handle it for you - at least until they get it working properly on the new site.

    things will not stay in my shopping cart... after i leave the website, it is empty.
    I guess I have to use the wishlist, but it is not the same, because it doesn't keep a running total in the wishlist. :\

    That's bizarre. I have put things in the cart and come back a week later and they are still there. Can you tell me what browser and operating system that you are using. Also your cookie settings might need to be tweaked. It might be killing your cookies after each session.

    I had this problem last night, until I noticed that it kept logging me out of the session. Everytime I wanted to do something new (like add to cart, add a code, or checkout), I had to log back in and my cart had my items again.

    Theres gonna be glitches for awhile..its a hell of a job .I have worked with or been caught up in so many software transitions in accounting and its never smooth :( give em time or call in your orders i would say .
    Once someone in another dept decided they would change something in the system which was huge and i couldn't work for a day ..had to tell 5 people how they affected me before they fixed it lol .Of course we had 500 people who never knew what they other person actually did in their dept lmao ...what a nitemare .The words "upgrade " send chills in my spine to this day ...same for "newer and better version "
