I am new to vaping and am finding my way around amongst the sea of product and suppliers. The KR808D1 Vapor King was my 2nd ecig purchase and one I am very very pleased with. Now for my point..
I noticed that several cartos from one box would not fit my batteries or PT. Seemed like they would only go down half way. I have peripheral neuropathy in both hands and could not get them down any farther. I notified customer service and they sent a link to a video for this problem, well, due to the weakness in my hands I could'nt make it work. I wrote them back to advise that I had tried the instructions but still couldnt get it done. Then I asked a neighbor (big strong beefy guy) to help and viola!
Worked like a charm! I promptly notified CS and thanked them for their time and their great product.
Stuff like this happens. To me its no biggie. In my younger days I used to have an speed shop in my garage and built racing engines with my husband. Cleaning threads was common place. I do not see this as a defect. I'm still very pleased with V4L and the willingness of their customer service to help after the sale! They were very patient with me even though the problem was on my end. Their products were correctly designed. Anything machined can have glitches.
I would recommend them whole heartedly to anyone interested in vaping.
