I recently place an order from vapor beast including one of the above mentioned Puritanks, sadly due to shipping damage the pyrex tank didn't survive (the pyrex is VERY thick, likely a fluke, if in doubt watch the youtube video of Dbox employees dropping one on a concrete floor).

I emailed vapor beast about the issue and within 2 hours i had a reply back from Teddy stating a new Puritank was on the way (shipping info arrived shortly after). Amazing!

Just figured I'd pop back in to update and give a full timeline of my awesome experience on my first order from VB.

Placed an order on Monday 7/22 at around 3pm for a few items, order was shipped and tracking received by 7pm on Monday.

Order arrived at my door (CA to NE) on Wednesday 7/24, unfortunately one of my items was damaged beyond repair in transit. I emailed VB with pics, info etc. at around 2pm and received a reply back from Teddy within 2 hours stating my new item was on the way! The tracking info arrived shortly thereafter ~4:30pm.

Now on Friday 7/26 I'm happily vaping away on a new Puritank. (another amazingly fast trip from CA to NE, thanks USPS?)

Needless to say I'm incredibly impressed with Vapor Beast and their service.

It's quite easy to get lost in the sea of vaping suppliers and the constant flood of rock bottom priced stuff that flows through the foreign dealers. We have a tendency to sacrifice service, piece of mine, and convenience to save a few paltry pennies, VB is a great example of why those pennies are well spent!

So to give the broken record one more spin, I highly recommend Vapor Beast, with competitive prices, FREE shipping, and stellar customer support, you can't go wrong!

I would just like to say that I had a very enjoyable experience ordering from VaporBeast.
I have a Hero Hybrid that an internal part broke on so I ordered a new one from VaporBeast.
I was curious if they might have access to that part and asked in the notes section of the order.
Within an hour Tim called me and offered to let me have one of his personal used ones to help out a fellow vaper.
We had a nice long chat on the phone and I can't say enough good things about him.
Have received the new one and look forward to receiving the used one.

Glad to hear you are loving your V3. We have the "bodies" only on order. Looks like it could be another 10-14 dasy though. As an alternative, your wife may want to consider the SID. They are on sale for $49.00 and we stock all the colors. For the money it's a great deal and they look great too.
