I think the guy who runs this company is Tim aka stratus on ecf. So far he has provided high quality customer service. On my first order I ordered a Bolt with some cartos and he included a personal "handwritten" note and gave me a free drip tip. But even though he wrote that he included a free drip tip - I did not see one.
So on my 2nd order I ordered a switchback kit, some more cartos and a bolt extender and he didn't only include a free drip tip, but he added a 2nd free drip tip and a free carto(i forgot what the name of this one was but it slightly different from the standard boge 510s).
I had an issue with my switchback so I sent him a pm addressing the issue via ecf and he was quick to reply with a resolution.
I'm not going to lie, I was sooooo ready to go off and never shop there again but he surprised me with his quick decision to find a solution. Usually other vendors will ask me the same questions: "Did you try turning it upside down then to the left and out the window before you used it?" ..ok maybe i exaggerated there but you know what I mean. ;]
I highly recommend that you all check out his site or at least have a conversation with him. He's a nice guy.
