Just wanted to give everyone the heads up about my experience with vaporbomb.com.

After hearing allot of good stuff about them I placed an order for just over $100 on the 11th June 2010, as of yet I have no juice, no refund and silence regards the emails I am sending them.

After a month of waiting I asked for a refund but was told that my order would be made up again and sent using international express delivery and I would have it in 3-5 days , that was 10 days ago !!!!.

To add insult to injury, they are now ignoring any emails i send.

I am in the process of sending all correspondence to my banks fraud department in the hope of recovering the money.

Be warned folks !!

Sorry to hear about your experience.

I've ordered from Vaporbomb almost exclusively for the past month and a half and not only have had nothing but amazing juice, but a great experience as well. On my last order, they mislabeled one bottle of the juice. The folks at VB apologized for the mixup and shipped me out a replacement bottle the same day as they could not be certain what was in the mislabeled one was exactly what I ordered.

I notice you're in the UK. Is it possible things are getting hung up in customs? I know I ship packages to my kids in Germany often and if there's a delay in them receiving the package, it is typically because it got hung in customs.

Thanks Staln, I am pretty dissapointed as everything I had heard about them was great.

Not sure about the customs point, its possible but its been 6 weeks now so unlikely.

I now have a refund so the matter is closed from my stand point.

You may want to still talk to them again and see if they can figure out the problem. If nothing else, it may help out one of your British compadres even if you choose not to order from them again.

There is another version of the story that VB can prove. Mr.M order was sent out on the 11 of June and was an international order, yes it is still in route for whatever reason. He was issue a refund just hours before posting here. Even thought our international policy which is available on our web-site states that we are not responsible for international items once they have shipped. Mr. M really had no recourse BUT VB does not do business that way, and he was given a refund for the full amount. As I said hours before his posting here. Not to mention per his tracking number as he can see, his packages was held up for whatever reason and was released on the 20th of July. In conclusion He has been refunded his money and his package is still en route to him.

This is why I NEVER bring problems with vendors out in public on the forum !!

I see these negative posts alot, and I believe ECF should look at changing there policy on this.

Maybe negatives should HAVE to go through a MOD to be proven BEFORE its allowed to be put out in public.

Because most of them are not complete, and totally not fair to our good suppliers.

Exactly! I am glad to see VB did the right thing, but at the same time, I doubt when the OP gets his Juice, he will do the right thing and resend payment for it.

Maybe we should start a list of people who belong to this: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...77-word-better-describing-trouble-makers.html

While your post explains the situation more thoroughly and fairly, you should NOT be using the customer's real name in your commentary. That should remain private and has no place in this or any public forum. I'm sure it was inadvertent to use his real name, it is still a violation of forum policy and customer-vendor ethics. Your post should be edited and/or removed altogether.

editted? maybe, removed? not at all

I personally think that if a slanderous thread can be started, with a title like that, then the OP has to deal with it. Not everyone reads all of the posts here on ECF, but the title thread will more than likely get read by most. If anything should be editted or removed, its the title of this thread.

Poor wording on my part. It should have read that the last name be removed/deleted NOT the entire post. mea culpa.

Richie, His forum name is Chris "M". He could have called him "Chris" or "Chris M". We can all see it. He didn't put anything in there that we couldn't already see.

Check the time stamp of the edit in that post, PM. There *was* something there that should not have been. The vendor/poster corrected it. Kudos to him for doing so as quickly as he did.

I'ts odd to see so many people jump to the suppliers defense, But it shows something. Obviously Vaporbomb is doing something right!

As for dragging it out in the Public forum, I think it should only be a LAST RESORT. I have seen people start a thread trashing a supplier many times here, and every time the peanut gallery jumps to the suppliers defense, and it usually turns out that the buyer is just trying to get something for nothing. Only ONCE have I seen somebody that was honestly having a problem, posted it, and the supplier owned up to it on the thread, and they worked something out.

As someone who also sells to the UK often, I know how crappy it is when they say they didn't get their package, and there is nothing I can do about it. Issue a refund? Try to re-make a one of a kind item? In the end you (the buyer) can get your package, and your money back... And the seller is just SOL. PLUS throw in an insult on any public forum.. Thats just double crappy!

You are correct...there was something there, I called Harry and he edited the post. Thank you for pointing it out.

I still feel the entire thread title needs a change. Its misleading to those who dont take the time to click on every thread on the forum. There have been 3 different "bad vendors" links today, and so far, all 3 it seems the vendor has been in the right and the OP has been wrong.

And I am all about posting bad reviews IF the vendor is truly at fault. The whole TW fiasco from back around April was very informative, and because of this I have never/will never use TW. But if a customer is just venting and it is found they started an erroneous thread, there should be a way for the vendor to have the title of thread changed so it doesnt look like they are in the wrong, at a glance.
