My purchase from december 6th 2012 based on tracking still has not left customs today, jan 13, 2013- and vaporbreak has not responded to three messages.
My first purchase nearly 6 months ago went rather smoothly, and i got my items within 3 weeks. In my experience when an item is in customs limbo, overseas suppliers usually reship the item as that likely means they have been confiscated and will never reach there destination.
The lack of feedback after 3 inquires into the matter is completely unacceptable.
