So I recently bought a brand new vaporesso Gen mod. Normally I stay away from compression/press fit 510 connections but I decided to give the Gen a shot. I've only had it 1 day, and already I've noticed that the 510 connection is raised slightly above the top of the mod and with a tank connected it is slanted towards the back of the mod. From what I can tell the 510 isn't loose at all. But it still slightly worries me. And a couple times I've taken a hit and everything is fine. Then all of the sudden while my finger is still pressing down the fire button it stops firing. Has anyone else experienced this with the Gen?

I don't have the Gen but I do have quite a few mods that have a raised 510 that doesn't sit exactly flush and I've never had any problems with them really however if it's making your atomizer lean one way or another then I would say that that could be a problem. Have you tried a different atomizer on it to see if it still leans just to troubleshoot that it is the mod rather than the atomizer and if you have and the same results were produced I would probably contact the place that you purchase it vaporesso is also a pretty communicative company and I believe they have a gen thread in the forum you may want to ask about it on there as well. I would probably do that before I contacted the company I purchased it from because maybe it is normal and they all come like that.

As far as it's stopping firing while you're pressing the button I heard that it has some sort of different way of firing so maybe that's why you're experiencing that it has like pulses but that's supposed to make it so you have a constant vaping experience without it fluxing at all
