vaporesso GTX One Pro Kit
1.jpg
After a long period of time and holidays, I'm back with the reviews, and today I bring you the new vaporesso GTX One Pro. This is the upgraded version both aesthetically and internally. It comes with a 3000mAh battery which, for the type of use this device is intended for, is more than sufficient. A tank, of course, is improved, which uses the GTX coils, which, for me, are some of the best from Vaporesso.

Let's move on to the review, but not without first thanking Sourcemore for making this possible. You can get this product for a price of $26.29 using the code VGOPK. Also, you can visit their page to learn more about the GTX One Pro Kit.

The device comes in a rectangular box combining Vaporesso's classic colors: black, white, and green. In the center of the front, we find an image of the device, which in this case does not match the color of the unit chosen, so we do not have individual packaging. At the top, we find the Vaporesso branding, at the bottom the device's model name, and in the background the Vaporesso logo (it always reminds me of the Avengers logo).

As you can see, the shape of the device is cylindrical and has a small flat section, the front part, where the screen, the fire button, the adjustment buttons, and the lock button are located. Regarding the materials, on the back, we find PU Leather, which is synthetic leather. This leather comes in this color and three others; however, on other units, it is replaced by silicone. The other part of the device is probably made from a Zinc or Aluminum alloy. The synthetic leather part has a pattern that makes it very comfortable to hold the device in hand.

Let's move on to the front part of the device. At the top, we find the fire button; it has a medium travel distance and a very, very subtle click. On the way down to the lock switch, you'll find the screen, which I'll show you later. Then we find the lock switch, which will completely lock the device. A little further down, we see the wattage adjustment buttons, which will also serve to navigate through the menus. Finally, we can see the charging port, which in this case is mandatory to use since the 3000mAh battery of the GTX One Pro is internal and non-replaceable.

I swear I haven't missed anything, so let's move on to the description of the screen in the next image.

First, let's talk about the fire and adjustment buttons and their actions:
  • 5 Clicks to turn the device on or off.
  • 3 Clicks to enter the menu, where we can switch between the PULSE or ECO vaping modes, enable or disable SMART mode, lock only the wattage buttons, or reset the puff counter.
Now let's talk about the screen. Vaporesso has decided to maintain the classic UI to keep the essence of the old GTX One. The screen provides information about:
  • Battery percentage indicator.
  • Vaping mode (in this case, the rocket indicates PULSE).
  • Wattage indicator.
  • Puff counter.
  • Ohm indicator.
  • SMART mode indicator.
  • Lock indicator (the padlock).
Internally, the GTX One Pro uses the AXON Chip, which is what most Vaporesso devices have been using lately, and which hasn't given me any problems to date. It has good consistency, except for the last 5-7% of the battery, where the power loss is clearly noticeable, which I consider completely normal.

Regarding battery management, I'm sorry, but it definitely does not last me 3 days. It does have a good battery, and considering that it will be used at a maximum of 40W—meaning for RDL or MTL depending on the coil—it can last the entire day depending on how much we vape, but nowhere near 3 full days.

Let's move on to the description of the tank, the XTank T, which uses the GTX coils. The tank is completely disassemblable. To put in a new coil, you must unscrew the base of the tank, insert the coil, and screw it back on. The top part is also unscrewable with a simple 90-degree turn and must be removed to refill the device. The drip tip is also unscrewable and can be changed.

Now let's talk about the air intake. First of all, this is not a super airy tank; quite the opposite. From my point of view, it is intended for MTL and RDL. The air intake consists of two small holes and a much larger slot. It also has numbers to indicate how closed the air intake is, with the smallest number being the most closed setting.

I've enjoyed the tank a lot. The airflow is truly exquisite and filters very well. I've always, or almost always, kept it open just using the two small holes. Something I have noticed is that it doesn't have as pronounced of a throat hit as other devices, and that is something I miss.

Here I show you the 510 thread of the device. We can attach any compatible RDA, although I must say it has a fairly small diameter and only 22mm RDAs look good on it. The thread feels stable and durable, so it probably won't have the issues that those GeekVapes did.

Vaping Time
There's not much more I can tell you about Vaporesso's GTX coils. So, I'll mainly focus on talking about the use of the tank and the device itself, but not without first mentioning that these coils give an impressive flavor.

Honestly, I've loved the tank. As I said, it's a tank designed for RDL and MTL and has generally been used with two of the air intake holes open. The flavor and feel of this tank are incredible to me. I also love the drip tips that are included in the packaging, especially the comfortable feel of the MTL drip tip. Refilling is quite simple and similar to other Vaporesso products: you have to turn the top cap 90 degrees, fill it, and then close it again. Cleaning and disassembling it are also quite easy.

As for the feel of the device, I notice a very good performance, except when the battery is below approximately 10%, which I see as completely normal. The in-hand feel is great; it's a pretty slim device with enough weight to be perfectly comfortable in your hand.

Conclusion
The Vaporesso GTX One Pro is an upgraded, comfortable device designed for MTL and RDL vaping, featuring a 3000mAh internal battery and the XTank T with excellent GTX coils. It delivers impressive flavor and stable performance, thanks to the AXON Chip. While the battery easily lasts a full day, the three-day claim is considered unrealistic. Overall, it's a reliable and flavor-focused choice with a premium, comfortable feel in hand. Definitely recommended.
