Hello, when I first bought the product, I used it with the factory charge. Then I put it on charge. And the product started to give a USB warning. It is not giving smoke now. While charging, it shows 0% and then 100%. When I take it off the charger, it gives a USB warning again.
I put it on charge for approximately 10 hours. When I took it off, the battery was at 30%. No error message appeared. But it ran out of charge in 10 minutes. And it started showing the wrong charge. While giving a low battery warning, it suddenly showed 1-2 and then gave a low battery warning again.
Sounds to me like you’ve got either a bad battery or charging board. I’d see about exchanging it wherever you bought it.
