I just purchased the vaporesso PT60. I use smart wattage, but it doesn't change the voltage. Voltage is set at 1 not matter if I turn the wattage to max. I can adjust it with it's variable voltage setting. but don't know what to put it at. I've tried all these calculators but I don't know the battery amps out put. Cant. find it anywhere. I turned it up to 2 and I think it's better, hard to tell. Using a .6ohm coil at 25 watts. I'm not sure what to set it at, do people even mess with voltage and only change watts? Confused because I had seen many reviews that that state most devices run around 3.7v. There's a sheet that says 3.7v is in the safe zone but that seems too hot. Any help would be great .

Welcome on ECF @Wagz33

On your coil you you have some numbers, your resistance, and your lower and the upper limits of Watts that you should be in, so you can take the best flavor of your coil !
If you feel that is too hot, you can set your Watts somewhere in the lower part... !?
Thats why you have the "limits" and with your Watts everywhere in between these limits you should find the perfect vape for your style !
Yeah we usually use the around 3.7 Volts - plus and minus numbers something like a measuring - check point, it's a so someone can see that the set up is working good !

If you have any questions about it or anything else just let me know ... !?

Thanks for your response. I can adjust voltage and nothing happens to wattage and vice versa. I've discovered many units are regulated, so if you adjust voltage, wattage will adjust accordingly. I don't have this feature so I'm lost. As far as I can tell, when you increase the voltage the wattage should decrease somewhat and those are the numbers I can't figure. I tried the Ohms law calculations and I don't have the battery output for the calculation, I'm using GTX .6ohm coil 20-26 watts. So that's it. As I move voltage up or down, I don't know what to move the wattage to. Thanks again

I don't know about the "smart wattage" and how it works, probably it looks in certain Watts when it reads the specific coils from the factory... !?
Maybe you can try it on Variable Wattage mode... and probably you will be able to low your Watts down enough so you can get the result that you look for... !?
Yes, smart wattage adjust to coil being use. I have a variable wattage which I can adjust from 5w-60w. So if I increase voltage do I also increase wattage? Or do I lower it? Same as if I lower it, do I lower wattage or increase wattage. Thanks.

Fully charged, your unit has a 2500 mAh battery capacity.

For me i think it's better on Variable Wattage mode and somewhere in between the recommended Watts of your coil, where ever you like it , the Volts we be regulated automatically from your mod just try to be around the 4-4.2V area and below... ! Then you can find your vape style and how hot the vape you want to be, lower the Watts equals to hell heat on your coil, so less hot vape, it's up to you ! But if you go very low you will not have enough power - heat on your coil and you maybe having the flooding with e-liquid and isn't that good, the best way is somewhere in the middle... !
