First of all thanks to anyone who can help with this. I've recently purchased the new Swag 2 and had the old one for several years with no issues. I consider myself a casual vapor. Well this is my 3rd Swag 2 in 3 weeks. For some reason they keep getting moister inside the circuit and shorting them out. This morning I put a napkin over the battery port and where the tank connects to the mod, and this is what it looked like.

After this happening on the first two devices I decided for the new one I got yesterday to take it all apart before going to bed. And this is what came out with nothing being attached first thing in the morning. It does not smell like e-juice, it smells like water and is thin like water. I'm using madvapes house juice. This also happened to a Nord AIO 22 I purchased about a month ago. It shorted out and quit working after a week.

Sorry for your trouble. May I know if the liquid came out from the inside chipset or in the battery cell? Did you try to change another brand new battery for test?

Hello and sorry to read about tour problems.

Since it has happened with 3 mods already, I would start by asking if the tank you are using is the same?

Mostly from the battery cell. But some also came from the chipset. I use low wattage (18.5-20). Not sure if that’s the cause or not. But this happened to a NORD AI0 22 I tried recently too. And just now happened to a Aegis Solo I picked up two days ago. It poured water out of the battery cell.

If it's happening with that many devices it sounds like your tank is leaking into the mods.
There is no "liquid" within a mod itself to leak.
If the battery is leaking the mod wouldn't work.

Tank that comes with the kit is bottom airflow so it's either leaking or condensation.

Do you purge or false inhale before each puff?

That is a lot of liquid coming from the mod. Check inside battery compartment for liquid.

Never heard of purging or false inhale? I'm assuming you mean inhale before firing? And by purge do you mean firing after I'm done inhaling? If so, not usually. I've never had a problem with my last SWAG for two years. And went and got some juice, as normal, and it shorted out and fried 3 days later. Now every MOD I buy is dying in 1-2 days with water/condensation in battery cell and usb ports. I'm really thinking it's the stores branded e-juice.

I mean instead of inhaling do you blow into the tank when first firing?

I am a bit clueless about this situation. Have you checked the 510 connections on tanks to see if they are tight?

For me all of this points to atomizer leaking, even if you say that there is no smell (taste) in that liquid.

Leave the tank outside mod in normal upright position and in the morning see if there's any liquid coming out. To double check blow into it and see in it's flooded inside leaking through the airports.

Vendor filled the tank and it didn’t leak. I’m honestly thinking it’s a bad bottle of house brand juice I got, which I’ve always used for the last two years. 6 new mods (different brands) have all died over the last few weeks with a watery liquid coming out of the battery cell and USB ports.

I got a new mod yesterday and attached are the photos of it this morning. I got a (20-50w) coil and vaped at 30w with 1/3 airflow opening. Removed the tank before going to bed to make sure nothing leaked overnight.

I also got their “prime juice” which doesn’t come in my Cherry Pom flavor. Vaped it for a while and went back to my cherry Pom bottle I got when this all started. Today I’m going to get ANOTHER mod and only use their “prime” juice and leave the house brand with them. That way if it’s all good tomorrow morning they can investigate that batch I had.

I’ve never had any issue like this since starting. Not sure if they cut their house juice to get more bang for their buck or not. They’ve never questioned me returning a mod every other day.
