Man, I've had so many problems with my VaporFlask -- I've sent mine back twice already, though exclusively due to dna 40 board issues. Sure, the customer service has been more than accommodating, but man, I just want to love and own my Flask forever ya know?!? Currently my spring 510 center pin is recessed and stuck in the plastic insulator and won't fire any of my atomizers. Does anyone out there have any experience with this issue and/or know of any ways to fix my 510 connector without having to contact the company again? I'm more than a little disappointed. I understood the whole dna 40 debacle, but this is an issue completely unrelated to anything but build quality. I guess I'm open to the idea that I should of been more careful with screwing on my toppers, but I think I've been sufficiently gentle. Good thing I have a backup rDNA 40!

Besides trying to wiggle it free with a screwdriver or something you're pretty much boned. I know it's not what you want to hear, but doing anything other than that will most likely void your warranty. The last thing you want is to have a dna 40 device with no warranty.
