My wife ordered for me a Stainless Vision VV spinner from vaporheads.net on the 6th which I received on the 9th. I opened the package and since the battery's generally come with some sort of charge off the bat tried to turn it on using the standard ego style 5 click method which these battery's all share. To my dismay nothing happened but I figured it probably just needed a good charging...

I attempted to charge it and noticed that the light on the button did one of two things, Flashed about 10 times and went off with the battery light on the charger lit green indicating a full charge, or it would not come on at all. I have 2 other Ego chargers which resulted in the exact same thing happening. I attempted to leave it on the charger for a few hours just to see if I could at least turn it on but this didnt work.

I created a ticket on the site the same day basically saying I believed the battery to be DOA and asking what could be done and I was contacted back by the owner saying it had to be fully charged and I needed to use a 420mah ego charger which all of mine are. I told him my chargers met the specifications and that the device simply didnt work. He responded back saying a replacement could be sent out and I opted for the replacement. According to USPS tracking the DOA battery I shipped back to vaporheads was delivered on the 12th. I received a follow up email same day after asking if it was received saying he hadn't yet checked the mail and only white or black were in stock and I said black was fine for a replacement.

On the 15th after asking about it I received another email saying he still hadn't checked the mail because he was busy with vapercon which I totally understand and that it would be sent out that same day which was Monday.

Since then after several inquiries asking for a tracking number or some sort of confirmation that it was even actually sent out I haven't heard a single thing. I tried even making another ticket on the site and haven't heard any response whatsoever. Nothing in mail so far. If it was actually sent on monday it would have been here by now, if not yesterday.

If I don't hear back in a few days my wife has decided that she will have to contact her card company.. I cant say I'm very pleased so far with the lack of response or the customer service. At this point I'm out 3 bucks for shipping the stupid thing back and the money she spent on it with no resolution at this point and no communication with the owner.

Update. Finally heard back from vendor. Replacement was shipped to the wrong customer because apparently we both ordered spinners and our invoices are one number off... wow okay. He has no others in stock so I will be getting a refund. I will stick to my regular vendors in the future and not be as experimental in my vaping orders from now on.
