I just purchased the uwell Crown Subtank and 2 packages of coils totaling a little more than 60 dollars. I am a little worried about my purchase. The reason is, I ordered 2 packs of Samurai cotton 2 weeks ago and immediately got a confirmation email from a person with a gmail account. Outlook flagged the email as "This sender failed our fraud detection checks", not to mention I have yet to receive either the cotton or a tracking notice. That was only an 11 dollar purchase. This 60 dollar purchase from Vaporider.net sent a confirmation of my order with the same flag by Outlook. I so hope, I haven't been tricked out of 60 dollars.

Question, Has anyone bought from this site (Vaporider.net)? and what happened?

Thanks

After looking at their Facebook page and the complaints, I'm going to say there's a 50/50 chance you'll get your order and less of a chance they will be helpful. It came hurt to call them or email them and ask what's going on with your order.

I find that the smaller b&m shops that ship online aren't that great. I prefer to order from reputable online companies. The prices are usually a bit better, and they have a larger staff more equipped to deal with an online business.

Thanks for your reply. I will say that their website was very professional looking and my first impression was that this is not a B&M. However the email confirmation of my order impression was less than B&M. LOL
Unfortunately there's not a plugin for browsers to filter out questionable vendors.

I know this comes too late to help you, but I've had nothing but positive experiences sticking to the ECF suppliers, listed here:

What I promise to do is update this post to share the experience I get with this purchase. It may turn out ok and I worried for nothing. Fortunately, I ordered a sigelei 150w TC from a vender not only listed on ECF but, that I've had a good experience with. If it had not been for the discount code I may have invested another 100 dollars with Vaporider.

I believe I have good news. I received an email today confirming shipment with a tracking number. When I checked it was picked up by USPS. I may have given this company a bad rap. I admit I was paranoid. I reacted to the flagged email and the small amount of business data that I found on the internet (most of which was negative). I ordered on Saturday night and they shipped on Monday. Best promptness I could have hoped for. I will followup on this topic when I receive merchandise.

Thanks, Marshall

I've also had some good purchases from Vaporider, then it went bad. Then all ok. (Kinda)

Ordered some coils and replacement tank glass last week. I needed them in 10 days because I'm going out of town.
Since I'm in the same city, about 15 mi away, I expected no problems with delivery.
Got the "it's shipped" email on 8/15 then on 8/18 they admitted it had not shipped.

Then everything went dark.... No email answers , no phone (the number went to a fax), and according to USPS, no shipment.
I finally got a response and a refund processed on 8/21

IF the refund goes through, at least they are honest, but then again, they said twice that it was shipped when it wasn't.

I did a little research, it seems they are a subsidiary of Unishow USA, a Chinese company. They are located in Houston's Chinatown, so that makes sense. It would explain the amazing prices and their attitude to shipping,
My latest experience was just like buying from Fasttech and Aliexpress,
I'll probably purchase from them again, but only when I can walk in and pick it up.

I must admit my purchase and delivery went through without a hitch. I am the one that started this post. I believe based on what I've read on here and Google searches that a purchase from them is 50/50. My guess is that they don't have in stock in Texas everything they list for sale on their website. If they place an order out of China to be drop shipped (direct to customer) it will be at around 3 weeks at best before delivery. Of course I am only guessing. Your post is not the first experience I've read that complained about having no response to emails and phone calls. I think I turned out to be one of the lucky ones.

Glad it all worked out, like I said, I had a couple of good orders for them in the last few months. I bought a KBox for under $20 some Samsung batteries and a Nano. All with 2-3 day delivery.
I actually think they might be reputable, just very inefficient with American style customer service.

That being said, they sent me an email that they processed a refund, but it has not hit my credit card account yet.
Normally, a refund is visible almost immediately on my card. So now I'm just being vigilant.
I'll post what happens, but if it's not good, I at least have the ability to walk into their business and get face to face.

By the way, the charge hit my card immediately when I hit the buy button, but not the refund.
