Vaporizaton Temp. of E-Liq?

I've been occasionally dripping onto my Volcano vaporizer's liquid pad and smoking that way. I can set it to any temp. to the degree and I think I'm onto something,

but does anyone know the actual vaporization temperature of liquid nicotine, propylene-glycol, etc.?

I happen to have just researched this, PG vaporizes at 370F and nicotine at 257F to 302F. I didn't bother to research VG, I don't use it.

Well isn't the whole purpose of the PG to create the smoke-like effect/look? Even just at 300 I still get fairly heavy white vapor.

I would experiment a little below 300 to a little above 370 to find what suits you best. You should notice a difference in taste and amount of visible vapor depending on temperature.
