I have ordered several times now for replacement blank cartimizers.
Last order included a passthrough and 2 cigarette lighter to usb adapters for in the car. One of the adapters did not work.
I used the customer contact form on Sunday. They responded and sent a replacement on Monday, I received it on Friday.
Two thumbs up on their customer service.
