I just want to start by saying that so far, all of the sites I have dealt with, either have displayed to me their amazing customer service, or have not done anything wrong, and I have read about the amazing customer service they have shown others. That being said, vaporleaf.com is the best customer service I have ever seen.
I ordered my first 510 kit, a cartomizer and a few dekang juice flavors from them. I believe it was one day later, but maybe two, my order was shipped, and I received an email informing me that their supplier shipped them aboom ejuice instead of dekang, so they refunded the full price of the dekang ejuice I ordered, and included all the flavors I ordered in the aboom brand, as well as 3 additional bottles I did not order. But it doesn't end there, they also included, a usb charger, a 510 case, 5 blank carts, and a 510 usb passthrough. They also gave me the option to simply refuse the package for a full refund.
Even after all of that, my experience wasn't over. Within two days, unfortunately both of the atomizers included in the kit had died, I emailed vaporleaf, even though I could not find any warranty or guarantee information on their site, explaining the situation. Within one day they emailed me back offering to either refund me, or ship me out 3 new atomizers. WOW. I thanked them again, and went the new atomizer route, within 2 hours, I already received a tracking number along with an email saying that they had also included a gift of 5 free 16mg tobacco cartridges.
I ordered my 510 kit from vaporleaf, because it was the lowest price I could find on the 510, but I plan to shop there again because it is the best customer service I have ever experienced. Unfortunately they have limited stock, and limited selection, but I cannot recommend them highly enough, and hopefully if enough of us shop there they will begin to carry more items.
