I'm a fan too, I swear they live next to (or inside lol) the post office or something. My last order took two days to reach me. Click-n-ship didn't even update before I got the order in.

I can't recommend them highly enough.

I just received my first order from them today. I got the $35 510 kit and some extra cartridges and juice to get up to the free shipping.

One of the atomizers I had some trouble with. The stock tip was REALLY tight getting off, and when I put on a prefilled cart, I could not get it down tight enough. It came up about an 1/8th of an inch short.

I decided to email them to see if this was a problem and because I was worried that the atty may burn out prematurely.

I sent and they replied to three emails within 30 minutes. The 3rd email they told me that they had a replacement on their one o'clock truck along with a tracking number. Wow, pretty good service for a Saturday. Cignot rocks

I placed my first order with them yesterday late in the afternoon not expecting it to ship until today. They had it shipped in less than 2 hours!

Edit: Received my order on Friday afternoon less than 48 hours after I ordered! I'll definitely be ordering from them again, especially now that I've discovered the joy of VG!

Their new Basic juice is awesome. I really like the Starpuffs.

I have a "me too" story, quick fast e-mail reply's, order shipped email 1 hour from placing the order, can't wait to get off big tobacco companies hooked list, not to mention the outrageous taxing of tobacco products the throw in the no ashes, smelly clothes,house and auto's. I too ordered yesterday it was 6pm my time so they were long closed but I woke up this morning to an e-mail that the order was shipped.
color me impressed. (if it actually gets here Sat I will be shouting their praise from the rooftops- I don't really expect it until Monday because of where I am.)

I have to agree with you, they're the only suppliers I would go back to without a second thought. And their new line of juice, called Basic, is the best I've had in a while. I recently bought their 501 no-box kit, and I wish I had done it a long time ago, instead of playing with my 801 for months.

Cignot is the best! I placed two orders with them within a week, and received both packages within that same week. This last order I ordered their ECOpure in both Rich, and Krystal. So smooth!

I placed an order with another company at the same time that I placed my first order from Cignot. The other company just printed the shipping form today. I have been using my Cignot products for 3 days now.

Great place to buy Hardware and cheap as far as starter kits go.. Ive been trying to kill the first atty i opend from them. i flood the crap out of it and it still vape's im happy.. im suprised the shipping is so fast A+ service from these girls ive refered 10 local people to them..

Cignot.com has my business from now on for sure! You can't go wrong with them - and, the ecopure liquids are superior.

As for the USPS tracking, our gov't run Post Office does NOT offer the true package Tracking that FedEx or UPS has. Most of the time, when I check it says it has been received and there is no update until the package is here and even that is sometimes hours later. Go figure. USPS "tracking" is a fail.

I've ordered from cignot half a dozen times and they are super fast. As for the guy who said he wrote several times and never got a response... I don't know what happened there because they have always been at the top of their game with orders I placed and emails. I received all of my orders from them within 2 to 3 days.
