Exactly. Some folks have a hard time understanding that people (real people) sometimes have tough circumstances. Sir Lawrence is the sole proprietor and, while he does have some employees, he still does a vast majority of the work. We call it the S.L. magic touch. So when he is out or away for a while, a few things slow down. Big deal.

Any saber owner will tell you that a new saber is well worth the wait. I hope you enjoy your big max soon. I am currently enjoying my blue 5v saber (the third one in my collection of 6)!

Patiently waiting on a 5th anniversary VV.

Hope all is well with Sir Lawrence.

You are going to really like it, RuDawg. I have a VV that I won in an auction right here on this thread. It is really an elegant mod and my personal favorite of all my sabers. Sir Lawrence will return shortly and soon you will have your trusty and solid saber in your hand.

I am one who is having issues with SL as well. I have had to file a claim with Pay Pal to get my money back. I ordered a mod on 03/18/2014. SL quit communicating with me. The last thing he said was that my mod was curing and he had to test it. I kept receiving emails from PP that if I didn't elevate my issue to a claim then it would be considered as handled. I have been patient with SL, but when he stopped communicating with me, I was left with no choice. His website is down now too. I have seen a few people defend him, but the difference between them and a few of us is they have their mods. We don't. I gave him every opportunity to make it right, but I have every right to protect my hard earned money from being lost. With that said, I am hoping that PP refunds my money. I will find another mod to buy.

I'll admit even though I'm prepared to wait for my Saber Max, (ordered it March 27th) I'm beginning to worry now. Especially since his website went down.
I too have sent an email asking for just an update, and I did get a reply from his wife saying he would get in contact with me with that update, but that was over a month ago.
I'm not near the point of asking for a refund, I just wish we could get some answers from someone. Just someone to contact us customers, that have pending orders and paid money, telling us about what is happening.
I feel sorry for all those customers that don't know about ECF and haven't read these threads that are just waiting in the dark.

Like I said earlier, "health and family first" and I still believe that, but there are others that work for Vapormoon that could contact us. If it is health problems or family problems that are causing these delays, an email just saying they are having problems and then keep giving regular updates until things get moving along again would be nice.

That all being said I hope Sir Lawrence is okay and everything else too. I never like to hear of people having problems and hope everything works out.

No it isn't. I hope Pay Pal comes through for me on this one. I am into it for $129.00. SL has quite a following on this forum, but as I mentioned in an earlier post, the difference between those folks and me is having a mod. I tried to be very understanding and diplomatic with SL. He did not respond to me until I filed a dispute with PP. Now, he has even quit responding to any PP communication. I really just wanted the mod I ordered. That's all. I hope you get your issue resolved.

And I can't blame you for that. Do what you feel is right. I waited for a long time for my last two. He was having health issues. But I won't disagree with your trouble. If the site is down, and no replies. Then it's time for action.
(Secretly I'll never order another product from him, I got what I wanted, after several emails).
While I will say, The Saber Touch is fantastic in all respects!!!!!!!!!! If you offer a product and can't or won't deliver. Then it's on your company.
And when you can't get a reply from anyone in the company. Then it's time for a closure.
Sorry if something bad has happened, but the customers have a right to know under law.

Guys, I just got back.
Some of you know about the very sad family affairs I had to attend to out of state.
Then, on the way back, I had to turn around and go back because other issues with my out of state family came up.
My guys in the shop did get a lot of orders out, but then I found out a 1000 pieces of a part I ordered still hasn't been delivered.
I trying to find out why.
In the past 5 years, none of my customers have never Not gotten their order, despite what people are saying.
Sorry it's taking so long.

Oh, and my site was down due to an error from GoDaddy.

I will try to post updates here on what's going on.

Thanks for your patience with us.

Sir Lawrance;; Sorry for your personal family trouble. I pray everything will be OK.
But you run a business. And you receive money from customers. They only expect what they pay for.
The Saber is not an ELA. You post things to be shipped, and then fail.
I think it's time for some house cleaning at your shop. Someone let the shop down.
Be blessed SL. Take care and be safe.
