Well, in Ben's defense this is post #26 in that thread Cell.
"All the black ones will be listed under black/blue led. You may receive green. All the black kits come with AT LEAST one extra battery, one of them has TWO extra batteries.. So you'll be getting at least 3 batteries with a black modena kit!"
