Good song, disturbing story. Happened close to me.

Following the success of dna's remix of her "Tom's Diner" (originally an a cappella song), Suzanne Vega experimented with various other styles of music for her album 99.9F°. The single to arise from that album was "Blood Makes Noise," written with Kevin 'Doc' Sullivan of Skinny Puppy and Nine Inch Nails.
