The only leaking problems I've had with my is a minor amount on the batt when i vape but nothing coming out anywhere no matter how I leave it sitting. One of my posts won't sit straight for some reason but nothing to fuss about. I wouldn't recommend putting them in your pocket though. Maybe get a lanyard for easy carrying and to prevent dropping it and shattering this beauty I need to get one too. But if you get the kit it comes with a carrying case so that is usable in a backpack

In my experience, no leaking in any attitude. Occasionally, condensation will work its way down the center tube (if you don't 'clear' it) and a tiny drop may need to be wiped from the connector area.
