HEY - ANY VEAL - Be it Chops, Cutlets, etc. . . . broiled/breaded & fried/baked/sauted . . . Plain and simple or in an elaborated sauce . . .

AND THE BEST OF ALL - A - "STUFFED BREAST OF VEAL" that is stuffed with an "Italian Sausage" Stuffing . . .

I too also love veal.....even the cheepy ones they call CUTLETS!
