Ordered from vapors choice for the first time and the twist battery I got didn't work. Let them know and said they send out replacement but wouldn't offer tracking. So far have not got it. Offered to return broken if they send me a ship label. Next time I will stick with the older but reliable stores. Be careful

Dunno what to say ... I have NEVER had any problems with Vapors Choice ... EVER. They've always had wonderful customer service, and wonderful prices. I've ordered hardware/batteries/ejuice from them and everything's been great. I go to them for the great Peanut Butter Banana juice (and now MORE PB juices, I'm sure - although I DIY for MOST of my juice) ... and always when I want a great price on a battery.

Sorry you had a "bad" experience ... maybe you should just talk to them again. I've always been very happy with them. :)

Yes I would contact them again because they are a great vendor and I'm sure it was just miscommunication or something. I pretty much only vape juice from vapors choice it's my favorite so far out of all the juices I have tried and Wolf is a great vendor!

Slow your roll.......I just got a complete replacement on one of my orders and it was sent within four days. Sometimes, its not the vendors but the postal service. Another order from a different vendor which usually takes three to four days and sometimes two, took fourteen. Not the vendor fault but the postal service.

Oh wow, I am so sorry that your first experience with Vapors Choice was not a positive one. The main thing I can stress to you, is try to reach him again. I am not sure what happened, but I can assure you that this is not the norm for Vapors Choice. As far as I am concerned, he IS one of the older and reliable stores. I have been dealing with this vender with extreme positive results for almost a year. For as long as I have been a vaper, they have been here for me.

I did have bad bad experience with the postal service and Lone_Wolf stepped in and
sent me another 60ml bottle free. I finally received the first bottle a week later and he would not even take money for the extra one he had sent me. On quite a few times, you will see where WE (the customers) make mistakes on the orders and he covers it for us. He is the MOST customer oriented man I know, and I deal with a few vendors. He watches the threads, talks and visits with us and with even the mention that something we would like or like changed......and he makes it happen.

He is one of the RARE ones, one that really cares about his customers.

So, in closing, please consider giving him another chance. I am positive that if something is wrong, he wants to make it right. Not only that, but you will not find anyone in here that disagrees with me. ;)

I AGREE with that Morri!

One great example is when I kept "mentioning" how I'd love him to have a Caramel Peanut Butter juice during the contest ... and how I LOVED Peanut Butter.

Before the contest ended ... there was Caramel Peanut Butter juice on his website (plus a couple other "peanut butters", too).

He does read ... and LISTENS (which seems to be rare these days, especially for vendors!) :)

I can also attest that "Lone_Wolf" is one of the TOP VENDORS around . . . He is not only very reliable - he takes care of his customers . . . Matter of fact - "He" actually goes out of his way to help each and everyone of "Us" and the ECF Community as a whole in many different ways . . . I also know for a fact that he stands behind all of his "Stuff" when warranted . . .

Now - If he has not responded yet to you - there has got to be a very valid reason - because he always does one way or another . . . AND - That is if you provided him with the correct contact information too . . .

AND - From The Vapor's Choice website and I quote:

Shipping & Returns

We ship within 24 hours from payment. Returns accepted on cartomizers ONLY if DOA (the atomizer doesn't fire) and we are notified within 24 hours of the receipt of your package. Batteries & kits are warrantied for 7 days. This is strictly enforced.

Oh and BTW: Did "Lone_Wolf" even ask you to send back the Battery when he offered to send you another one . . . It has been "My" experience and from what I have heard from others here on the forum that most Vendors do insist you send it back before they will send you another at YOUR Expense not theirs - and that is before they will even consider sending you a new one . . . SO - if he didn't ask for you to send it back and sent you a replacement anyway - I would say that is really GOOD if not GREAT - Customer Service . . . Just sayin' . . . ;)

EDIT: Just Noticed "ratlover65" is a real "newbie" - Only 34 post . . . ;)
So must not know how to handle situations like this respectfully and politely . . .:)
