Hopefully it isn't too bad and late afternoon it's suppose to start warming up and turn to rain. With any luck all ice will be gone by Monday morning.

I'm doing well, JJ, thanks for asking hun. I need to get the rest of those onions chopped and frozen. I got the bright idea to buy a 4/5 bushel sack of onions because it was a very good price. Now they need chopped and stored so they don't go bad. Lots of chopping, lots of ziplock freezer bags, LOL!

I always keep some frozen and peppers too.

Not crazy about the latter but DH required them in stuff. Mainly pizza and fajitas. I'm lazy most of the time and just buy them.

I try to keep the chopped peppers to a minimum, they give my wife indigestion. I usually buy bags of peppers already chopped at restaurant supply, less expensive that way.
