Your welcome . I hope you don't experience any more either. They can get quite scary. I don't like taking meds if I don't have too so I never filled the script the doctor gave me. The alphabet trick worked well for me because I had to concentrate on what came next going backwards and it kept me calm and my mind focused on that. The attacks seemed to end pretty fast doing that also.
